The submitted quotation must include the following documents:

• Copy of valid Firm Registration 
• Copy of PAN/VAT Registration
• Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate (2081/82)
• Relevant Past Experience Reference Documents

Interested and eligible service provider firms are requested to submit their duly signed RFQ along with the required documents to np_procurement@crs.org by 6 August 2026.
