REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

from organization for Events (Trainings/Orientations) Management

FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research, resources, and relationships so people everywhere have access to the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal Office is seeking proposals from locally registered organizations for events (trainings/orientations) management under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-supported Meeting Target and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Nepal.

Interested locally registered organizations are requested to submit their proposals based on the guidelines for submission of the proposal. Request for guidelines for the preparation of the proposal and questions regarding RFP should be emailed to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org no later than March 26, 2024.

The agency has the option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal. Electronic applications with the subject line “Proposal for Events Management” including all required documents in ‘portable documents format’ (PDF) and budget in separate Excel file should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following the guidelines for submission of the proposal and FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions to submit the electronic proposal. Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal with all required documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Events Management” at the following address:

The deadline for submission of the Proposal is April 1, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
