Social Development Forum (SDF) Banke has worked with communities across Banke District for 26 years, implementing integrated development, child protection and humanitarian programmes in partnership with government bodies, civil society organizations and international development partners. SDF Banke is an implementing partner of World Vision International (WVI) Nepal for the HATEMALO for Child Wellbeing and Integrated Development Project, currently operating across two Area Programmes (AP) - Janaki AP (Janaki Rural Municipality) and Narainapur AP (Narainapur Rural Municipality).

SDF Banke's working areas, adolescents face multiple, intersecting forms of discrimination shaped by harmful social, cultural and gendered norms and traditional practices. These include gender-based violence (GBV), child, early and forced marriage (CEFM), menstrual stigma and unequal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Caste-based discrimination and the exclusion of persons with disabilities further reinforce inequality and limit adolescents' participation in community life. Addressing these issues calls for participatory approaches that enable adolescents to critically reflect on their lived realities and challenge harmful norms in safe, creative spaces - an approach that Interactive Forum Theatre is well placed to deliver.

Interested qualified and experienced individual/firm are requested to submit a comprehensive technical proposal along with financial proposal with cover letter and updated CV highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, company registration, VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other documents as mentioned in TOR through the email address: hr@sdfbanke.org.np converted in PDF file with password protected or can submit the hard copies in SDF Banke’s project site office within 04 August 2026.

Proposal must be submitted by following the proposal submission guideline given in the ToR and proposal submission form. The detailed ToR and consultant proposal form is attached to this advertisement through separate link.
