Heifer International Nepal (Heifer) is dedicated to ending hunger and poverty while caring for the Earth. Heifer seeking proposals from consulting organization for the mid-term evaluation of ‘Innovations in Agro-Livestock Value Chains (IALVC) Development’ in Nepal project.

Heifer invites technical and financial proposal from consulting organizations having adequate experience in evaluation and other formative research in agri-livestock market system development sectors.

The consulting organizations are to follow the proposal submission requirements mentioned in the RFP. Proposal will be selected under a Quality Cost based selection procedures described in the RFP.

Please submit the proposal at Procurement-NP@heifer.org by 19th November 2025, 5:00 PM with email subject line “Proposal for Mid Term Evaluation”

Heifer reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annual the selection process and reject all proposals at any time to prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected consulting organizations.
