Request for Proposal (RFP) for Consultancy Services

Creation Society Nepal, serving as the Secretariat of Net4Good Alliance, in partnership with World Vision Nepal, is implementing the project “Strengthening Curriculum, Capacity, and Policy for Child Online Protection.” The initiative aims to address growing online risks faced by children in Nepal by strengthening education systems, policy frameworks, and awareness mechanisms.

With increasing internet access, children are exposed to risks such as cyber grooming, exploitation, and privacy violations. However, child online protection is not yet systematically integrated into school curricula, teacher training, or national policy implementation. This project seeks to bridge these gaps through research, consultation, and development of age-appropriate content and recommendations.

Creation Society Nepal invites technical and financial proposals from qualified consulting firms/organizations with demonstrated experience in education, child protection, digital safety, curriculum review, and policy analysis. The selected consultant will lead curriculum and policy review, design and support child consultations, and develop practical recommendations for integrating child online protection into educational and policy systems.

Consulting organizations are required to follow the proposal submission guidelines outlined in the ToR. The selection of the consultant will be based on a quality and cost-based selection method.

Creation Society Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul the selection process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the participating consulting organizations
