Room to Read Nepal invites proposals from qualified consulting service providers for the production of 10 videos based on 10 book titles. Interested Consulting Service Providers (registered companies/consultancy firms) are requested to download the Terms of Reference (ToR) from the link provided below.

Key Dates:

• Date of Notice Publication: 19 June 2026
• RFP Submission Deadline: 03 July 2026
• Pre-bid Meeting: 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, Room to Read Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu

The RFP must be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope and accompanied by all required documents as specified in the ToR.

Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered. Room to Read reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
