World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), located in Kusunti, Lalitpur-13, hereby initiates the sourcing process in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR). Interested service providers are invited to submit proposals for the Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) materials as specified in the TOR. Note:

• Bidders are encouraged to apply for one or multiple categories based on their expertise. WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
• All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be evaluated by WVI Nepal in accordance with the established evaluation criteria. Following the evaluation process, WVI Nepal may award the contract to one or more service providers determined to be technically competent and offering the best overall value. WVI Nepal reserves the right to enter into negotiations with one or more shortlisted service provider(s) before making a final contract award.

Evaluation Criteria:

Quality and Cost Based selection (As per 70% technical offer and 30% price weight distribution)

Bidders Instruction:

• Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately via email to npl_scmbid@wvi.org using the subject line format shown in the example below, no later than the end of the day on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
• Bidders must clearly name their proposal files as indicated below. Example of proper file naming.

• Please be guided by the attached Terms of Reference [TOR] & annexes while preparing your technical proposal and financial proposal.

Proposals received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered for evaluation.
