Final Evaluation of InElam project phase 2021-2024

Helvetas Nepal invites proposals from eligible and qualified consultants to provide services under the InElam Project (2021–2024). The project aimed to foster an inclusive green economy in Karnali and Madhesh Provinces by promoting local resource-based enterprises, creating dignified employment, and enhancing private sector engagement. Building on the success of the Elam Project, InElam applied a Market Systems Development (MSD) approach to identify and strengthen viable value chains such as Himalayan nettle, beekeeping, and waste recycling.

Interested consultants are requested to submit their proposals by 5th August 2025 5:00 PM in accordance with the Terms of Reference available from https://notice.helvetasnepal.org/.
