1. Helvetas Nepal is a Swiss non-governmental organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in Nepal.
2. The Helvetas Nepal invites sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested and eligible firms for the following services.
| Package | Description |
| I | Insurance services: GPA, Medical, Motor, Assets, Travel medical policy (LTA) |
| II | Air Travel Services: Domestic and International travel (LTA) |
3. The detailed RFP document for each package can be downloaded from https://notice.helvetasnepal.org/
4. Requests for clarification regarding RFP notice must be submitted via email to procurement.np@helvetas.org no later than 04 October 2026. Responses to all queries will be published by 05 October 2026 at the bottom of the notice on the same portal.
5. The RFP must be submitted on or before 5 pm on 15 October 2026. Proposal received after the deadline shall not be accepted.
6. The hard copy RFP must be submitted in a sealed envelope to:
