1. Renewable World invites RFP from eligible consultants (both individual as well as Consulting firm) for the Design WASH-related Behaviour Change (BC) plan and interventions for key target groups.
2. RFP is open to all eligible consultants (Individual or Firm) and must fill out the RFP template as per the instructions set out in Terms & Conditions of RFP.
3. Interested Eligible Consultants may obtain further information and inspect the RFP documents at the office of Renewable World or can request via email: jobs.nepal@renewable-world.org
4. RFP and relevant documents will be available from 13 Jul 2026 till office hours up to 26 Jul 2026 till office hours.
5. RFP must be submitted to the above office on or before 5 PM on 27 Jul 2026.  RFP received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
6. Received sealed RFP shall be opened in the presence of consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on 28 Jul 2026 at the office of Renewable World. But nothing shall bar the opening of RFP by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Consultants’ representatives should come with authorization duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of RFP opening.
7. If the last date of RFP, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
8. Renewable World shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by consultants in connection with the preparation or submission of RFP.
9. Renewable World reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
