U.S. PHARMACOPEIAL CONVENTION (USP) for The Promoting the Quality of Medicines Plus (PQM+) program supported by USAID invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested suppliers for supply and installation of the required items/services as mentioned below:

The USP is a scientific nonprofit organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality, and purity of medicines, food ingredients, and dietary supplements manufactured, distributed, and consumed worldwide. USP’s drug standards are enforceable in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and these standards are used in more than 140 countries.
The PQM+ invites RFP from the eligible and potential suppliers for supply and installation of above-mentioned items /services at Kathmandu, Nepal.
The supplier may submit their quotation in supply of all items/services or any of the items/services listed above. Interested supplier may obtain complete solicitation documents by emailing a request to Nepal.procurement@usp.org and include the RFP reference in the subject line along with copy of VAT, company registration certificate and latest tax clearance certificate. The final proposal should be submitted by email to Nepal.procurement@usp.org labeled with RFP Ref # USP-GHMS-PIF- NML Lab -SCCRM_02835 on or before March 31, 2024, 5:00 PM, Nepal time .Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Note: PQM+ reserve rights to accept or reject any/all bidding document without necessary reason.
