REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID Tayar Nepal Program request for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID Tayar Nepal seeks service from a qualified firm (service provider)to capture and produce a portfolio of high-quality project images, video documentation, and other audio-visual products. Specifically, the project seeks visual documentation—both in video and photo format—to reflect learnings from its DRRM interventions and its COVID-19 recovery component. Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents by emailing and request to TAYARprocurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject lineon or before July 9, 20205:00 pm, Nepal time. The proposal should be submitted by email to TAYARProcurementInbox@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before July 20, 2020, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
