Request for Expression of Interest(EOI) for the provision of Group Medical Insurance and Accidental Insurance

Maiti Nepal, like any other Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Nepal, operates through a general agreement with Social Welfare Council, Government of Nepal that allows it to implement to prevent human trafficking by reaching out to the community, particularly children and women, by raising the awareness level of communities and extending life skills so that children and women are not trafficked into different forms of abuse including exploitation.

Maiti Nepal is in the process of selecting an insurance company to provide Group Medical Insurance and Accidental Insurance for the period from June 2021 to May 2022 to its employees. Maiti Nepal requests EOI from Insurance Companies to send their expression of interest along with the following documents to hr@maitinepal.org with the subject line “Expression of Interest for provision of Group Medical Insurance and Accidental Insurance” by 14June, 2021.

• Company registration document
• VAT certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Profile of the company
• Infrastructure and other capacity of the company
• List of clients (Non-Government Organizations)

Proposal based on terms of reference (Group Medical and Accidental insurance policy details, claim procedure, scale of benefit breakdown in detail, premium amount, payment clause and other)
