Lutheran World Relief (LWR) invites proposals from qualified individual consultants to undertake a comprehensive review of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) systems, conduct gap analysis, develop standardized curricula, and facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions for fish, fish feed, and fish products under the USDA-funded Aquaculture Development in Nepal Project.

The consultancy will involve assessment of SPS-related policies, institutional arrangements, monitoring and laboratory systems, curriculum development, and facilitation of ToT sessions. Field visits to relevant government institutions, laboratories, and selected project locations in Nepal are required.

Consultancy Type: Individual Consultant

Level of Effort: 28 working days (8 hours/day)

Location: Lalitpur, Nepal (remote and field work)

Reporting to: Technical Senior Manager, Food Technology

Coordination with: Chief of Party (CoP), Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP), and technical team
