Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 65 core staff including a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done in real-time to serve our overseas clients, our staff usually works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage teamwork and value internationally accepted work principles.

Vu Devi Services is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work directly with our clients to create custom graphics that help them stand out in the industry. Your role will be essential in driving engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting clear and impactful communication for our partners.
πππ ππππππππππππππππ:
Design Creation and Adaptation: Use Canva Pro to create, adapt, and optimize engaging visuals tailored to client branding guidelines, including social media posts, presentations, web banners, and marketing collateral.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics maintain a high
level of consistency with the clientβs brand image, tone, and message, while
also staying updated with their evolving visual and style guidelines.
Template Development: Design and maintain a library of custom
templates within Canva Pro for various types of content to ensure efficiency
and consistency across all client projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand
campaign objectives and deliver graphics that resonate with the target
audience, while also meeting the requirements of different marketing channels.
Feedback Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from
clients and the internal team to refine designs and ensure they align with
campaign goals and client expectations.
Asset Management: Organize and manage all graphic assets within Canva Pro and any other platforms, ensuring easy accessibility and efficiency for all team members.

Proficiency with Canva Pro: Experience in utilizing the advanced features of Canva Pro and familiarity with its tools, layouts, and premium assets.
Strong Visual Aesthetic: Demonstrated ability to produce designs that are
on-brand, visually engaging, and suitable for your target audience.
Understanding of Marketing Principles: Ability to create graphics that not only look good
but also resonate with your clients' target markets and drive desired actions.
Versatility in Design: Capability to create diverse types of graphics,
ranging from social media posts, infographics, presentations, ads, and more.
Deadline-Driven: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple
projects and delivering quality designs on time.
Knowledge of Current Design Trends: Staying updated with the latest graphic design and
social media trends to produce fresh and modern content.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design choices and listen to feedback, ensuring the final designs align with client goals.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
1+ years of digital marketing experience.Β
The job offer is for Night Work
Tenner: 2 years contract( contract will be provided only after successful comletion of training)
Workdays: 5 days a week ( full-time), 8 hours/ day
