Codewing Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Besides recruitment, you will also be involved in other HR activities.
You will be working directly with the Founder and Human Resource Department.
If you are hired, you will work remotely but are expected to work from our office in Hadigaun (near Baluwatar) when the lockdown and transportation is eased.

What will you be responsible for?
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Talent Mapping and Channel Management:
Source key and high-end talent through multiple channels
Management of recruitment channel, formulate and optimize recruitment channel strategy
Keep attracting target talents by active management through building talent map and collect market insight information (talent availability, talent movement, talent pool sizing, competitor’s movements)
Make workforce planning periodically
Develop and maintain Talent Pool for immediate and future positions
2. Recruitment and Allocation:
Manage all levels of recruitment, understand resource requirements and delivery as per recruitment needs
Draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers
Source (Headhunt/Channel/Reference/Advertisement) candidates as per the business requirement, resume screening, and reference check
Interview management (HR/Technical/Final Interview) following the company framework
Develop and design interview questionnaires
Train new HR recruiters
Onboarding management (joining formalities, employment contract, new employee orientation)
Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
How qualified you should be?
Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Masters in HR Specialization Preferred)
2+ years’ experience in recruitment
Strong knowledge on sourcing right candidates for right roles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Developed recruitment strategies
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with online job portal
Great at social networking
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
