Recruitment and Training Manager

The Recruitment and Training Manager will spearhead the talent acquisition and talent grooming process at CloudFactory. If you are the right candidate, you enjoy connecting with new people and helping them get to the next stage of their career. You are also skilled in leveraging social media for recruiting and use creative and unconventional approaches to reach out to potential candidates. Inhibition is one word that you have chosen to exclude from your personal dictionary, but you are highly professional in your all of your interactions. You will be a part of a team that puts high value to learning and is on a constant quest towards excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spearheading recruitment through social media and personal networking. Partnering with the marketing team to conduct recruitment campaigns
• Networking with industry members and keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry
• Informally gathering compensation and benefits data 
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates for various positions 
• Attending technical conferences/ symposiums as needed for networking
• Connecting with training providers and assessing the effectiveness of their training
• Creating electronic contents to keep in touch with target group
• Be a part of PR campaign for the company
• Creating and maintaining an electronic portal for self-paced training and development
• Partake in compensation and benefits planning as needed

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience hiring and grooming people at professional level
• Generally interested in IT and has basic knowledge of frontend and backend development. Technical background  is a huge plus. 
• Ability to clearly convey ideas both verbally and in writing
• Prior experience in content creation preferred 
• Outgoing personality and able to connect with candidates beyond business hours
• Passionate about helping others develop / Down-to-earth personality
• Avid reader/ learner 
• Bachelors in Business Admin/ HRM/ Psychology, but education is secondary to right attitude and experience
