RE- INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. Sundar Nepal Sanastha invites bids from eligible bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, ASS and O&M training of Solar Multiple Use System For Thulo Gogan Kholi Solar Lifting Khanepani Aayojana. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as OTB 1 of Bidding Documents. Bidders who have already submitted their bids need not resubmit their applications.
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Sundar Nepal Sanstha or can request via email: srauniyar@sundarnepal.org.np or 083-523530, 520926.
3. The bidding documents for the re-invitation may be obtained from 08 June 2026 up to 14 June 2026, during office hours and no later than the close of business (CoB) on the final date.
4. The bidder must submit the technical and financial proposals for Thulo Gogan Kholi Solar Lifting Khanepani Aayojana addressed to Sundar Nepal Sanstha in separate sealed envelopes.
5. Bids must be submitted in hard copy at the Sundar Nepal Sanstha, Birendranagar-08, Surkhet on before 14 June 2026 till office hours (CoB). Bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted. The bids must be submitted in sealed quotations (financial and technical sealed in two different envelopes packed in a single envelope).
6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (in the form of Bank Guarantee). Bid security amount amounting as stated in table below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., bid security validity up to 120 days from the date of bid opening). 
7. Received sealed Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM on 15 June 2026 at the office of Sundar Nepal Sanstha. But nothing shall bar the opening of Bid by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder’s representative should come with authorization duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of bid opening. 
8. If the last date of purchase, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. In such cases the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. Sundar Nepal Sanstha shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of Bids. The bidders can visit the sites, if they wish, to assess the site conditions before submitting their bid.
10. Sundar Nepal Sanstha, reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. 

Details of Work:

Either the bid security bank guarantee or the deposit slip of the amount deposited in the following bank account must be included within the financial proposal envelope.
