Project Development and Monitoring & Evaluation Training

Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST) is a national non-government organization. Since it establishment in 1993, RHEST has been working to prevent Human Trafficking and gender-based violence amongst girls from marginalized groups through support in education and health related programs.

RHEST invites EoI from interested individuals/firms to conduct 3-day Project Development and Monitoring & Evaluation Training for a group of 8-12 staff. Details Terms of Reference.  Detail ToR: Re-Advert_Proposal_Training.pdf

The training should cover-

a)    Project designing,

b)    Proposal writing,

c)    Results-based Monitoring & Evaluation tools and techniques,

d)    Report Writing,

e)    Developing case stories. 

How to apply

Interested and qualified individuals/firms are requested to submit the Expression of Interest (EoI) to https://forms.gle/X5XeFzKcPvc4Gkt98 with the subject line “EoI for Project Development and Monitoring & Evaluation Training” by March 30, 2024.  

EoI should include-

• Cover Letter
• Organization Profile
• Financial and Technical proposal including financial implementation arrangement, calendar of operation, deliverables, proposed team of experts, and their responsibilities 
• CV of expert/team member(s)
• Registration and renewal certificates of organization
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate/personal PAN
• Latest tax clearance certificate (FY 079/80)
• Any other related document
