QUOTATION CALL NOTICE

Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the intending registered firms/ Authorized license Suppliers of different materials/items as detailed below.

1. Stationery and Supplies

2. Food items

3. Furniture and Appliances

4. Clothing

5. Electronic items

6. Playing materials

7. Transportation

8. Designing and Printing

Terms & conditions 

1. The details of the items can be obtained from the office by requesting by email vacancy.casa@gmail.com
2. The sealed quotation should reach in this office by 5.00 PM on or before 23rd January, 2019 at APEIRON-Uccha Marg 48, Tundaldevi Mandir, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
3. The quotations must be accompanied with all Tax clearances certificate, PAN, VAT and the registration Certificate of the competent authority.
4. The VAT and other taxes of the above items should be mentioned clearly in the quotations against the item. 
5. The material should be delivered in full and good condition at the offices and shelters.
6. The quotations will be opened in the presence of the members of Purchase Committee at 3:00 PM on 1st February, 2019 in the office.
7. The bidders or their representative may remain present at the time of opening the quotation failing which no complain/ disputes in future shall be entertained. 
8. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
