The Manavsewa Ashram is solely a non-profit social organization founded in Makwanpur, Hetauda, on 29 August, 2012, dedicated to making Nepal a 'street people free country' by helping the most vulnerable, impoverished, disabled, homeless, physically weak or mentally or psychologically challenged people who are forced to live miserable lives in the open sky street-banks and public places.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, corporate partners, government agencies, NGOs/INGOs, and other key institutions
• Represent the Ashram in public events, meetings, and strategic forums — both domestically and internationally
• Actively engage in partnership-building, fundraising, and advocacy initiatives
• Strengthen the organization’s public image and presence through both traditional and digital channels
• Coordinate with internal departments to support outreach, branding, and awareness campaigns
• If needed, guide the internal communications or digital team with strategy, content ideas, and messaging
• Travel across Nepal or abroad when needed for meetings, partnerships, or events
Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Media, Communications, Advocacy, or a similar role
• A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Comfortable operating independently, handling high-pressure situations, and navigating complex networks
• Ability to adapt tone and behavior according to the setting — be it with government officials, corporate leaders, NGOs, or grassroots communities
• Experience or background in journalism, advocacy, or politics is a strong plus
• Familiarity with digital outreach and personal branding is an added advantage
