Position: Project Technical Field Officer (Agriculture)

Duty station: Okhaldhunga

Required number: 1

Main responsibilities:

• Managing for implementation of planned activities with set standards and timeframe
• Effective planning, delivery, and follow up of different project activities
• Carrying out monitoring of all implemented activities
• Managing for an effective  community mobilization and utilization of local resources
• Forge good relationship with concerned local and district level line agencies and establish community linkage with related line agencies for accessing resources.
• Carrying out staff supervision, coaching and other performance development as well as team building activities
• Provide technical backstopping in project whenever necessary
• Producing quality progress report both Nepali and English

Academic qualification and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture sciences or development studies with at least one year experience in relevant field
• Good skills on training delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination with stakeholders
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge on financial management and staff supervision and development
• Effective team player and can thrive under pressure
• Fluent in Nepali and English language
• Good coordination skills and efficient team player
