Center for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal is a non-profitable NGO working in the sector of health, nutrition, child protection, Safe Migration, child sponsorship, and good governance along with various other sectors since 2063 B.S.

In partnership with United Mission to Nepal, CEAD Nepal has been implementing the Children Oriented Resilient Development (CORD) project in Bogatan Fudsil Rural Municipality ward no. 2, 3, 5 & 6 of Doti since January 2022. For the implementation of the CORD project, CEAD Nepal is recruiting in the following position:

Position: Project Officer-Resilience Livelihood

Required No.: 1 (Based in Bogatan Fudshil RM, Doti) 

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Minimum I.Sc.Ag. /Diploma in Agriculture with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least two years of experience in integrated community development projects focused on resilient livelihood. Or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with relevant experience (one year plus) in mentioned fields is preferred. 
  • Have skill and experience on adaptive planning, budgeting, and implementation of project interventions and strategies/approaches.
  • Strong experience of working on resilience livelihood (on-farm and off-farm livelihood options) and DRR with rural community groups. 
  • Excellent working experience with groups, community mobilization and action reflection process
  • Have good coordination, collaboration, and networking skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge on district and local agricultural service systems and stakeholders
  • Familiar with rural communities, local language, and culture 
  • Have good report-writing skills (English preferred)
  • Excellent in computer skill (Word, Excel, power point and database all office packages).
  • Have a two wheeler driving licence
