Supervises: Officers and Assistants
Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable for up to 2 additional years based on performance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project activities for adolescents and youth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partner communities.
- Design, expand, and manage programs aligned with organizational priorities.
- Regularly review and refine programs to ensure relevance and impact.
- Strengthen the capacity of local trainers by providing guidance on training methodologies and essential skills.
- Supervise, mentor, and support team members to achieve program goals.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports highlighting program outcomes and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned as part of program reporting.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums that contribute to advancing its mission.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in program/project management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience leading programs and managing project teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

- Proficiency in both Nepali and English (spoken and written)
- Strong writing skills for reports, case studies, and presentations
- Ability to prepare comprehensive project reports and impact documentation
