Details / requirements:
Post: Program Coordinator - Female (Full-Time)
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
Age: 30+
Language: Verbal and written fluency in English & Nepali required.
Experiences: 7+ years in social work, education, community development, or women’s empowerment required. Strong computer skills, comfortable with virtual meetings.
Duties: Reporting participant data and program status to House Manager and US Board. Community needs assessment.
Salary:
- 30K+ based on experience + Dashain bonus
- Provident Fund after one year
- 5-day weekly work schedule.
