1 ) Post Cast Host 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Host podcasts and conduct compelling interviews with guests from diverse backgrounds.

• Participate in professional media training provided by Three Star Media to enhance hosting, presentation, and communication skills.

• Research and identify trending topics, impactful stories, and fresh content ideas suitable for multi-platform media production.

• Develop scripts, storylines, and high-quality written content for podcasts, documentaries, and television programs.

• Deliver clear and engaging voice-over narration for documentaries, TV shows, and other audio-visual productions.

• Exhibit a strong passion for documentary filmmaking, investigative storytelling, and on-site field reporting.

• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to travel across remote locations in Nepal and abroad for content development and production assignments.

  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (students currently pursuing their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply).

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse and cross-cultural environments.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to Three Star Media project locations as required.

  • A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt.

    2) Visual Editor

    Experienced Video Editor with 3 years of professional experience in editing, compiling, and enhancing video content for various platforms.

    Responsibilities & Expertise:

    • Edit and compile video footage for social media, podcasts, TV programs, and documentaries.

    • Perform motion graphics, text overlays, and color correction to ensure high-quality visual output.

    • Collaborate with production teams to deliver engaging and visually consistent video content.

    • Optimize videos for different formats and platforms to meet distribution requirements.

    Skills:

    • Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve , Photoshop )

    • Motion Graphics & Text Animation  and general Design 

    • Color Correction & Grading

    • Audio Synchronization & Enhancement

    • Storytelling & Visual Composition

    • Social Media Content Optimization and strong presentation skills

      Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production.

      
      

      
      

    • 3) Cameraman / Videographer

      Skilled camera operator with 3 years of experience in studio and field video production.

      Responsibilities & Expertise:

      • Operate cameras for studio productions, podcasts, and live event streaming using multi-camera setups.

      • Manage live streaming equipment and ensure high-quality broadcast output.

      • Conduct field shoots for documentaries, including interviews and on-location coverage.

      • Collaborate with directors and production teams to capture creative and technically sound visuals.

      • Ensure all video and audio equipment is properly maintained and set up before production.

      Additional Information:

      • Motorbike owner with a valid driver’s license, enabling flexible travel for field assignments.

      • Three years of professional experience in camera operation and video production.

      Skills:

      • Camera Operation (Sony, Canon, Panasonic, or equivalent)

      • Multi-Camera Live Production

      • Lighting & Framing Techniques

      • Audio-Visual Setup for Live Streaming

      • Field Production for Documentaries
