The Operations Manager is a key role to the business as you will be the 'face of the company' and need to ensure the smooth running of the business, reporting to the Head of Nepal Office and the London Headquarters. You will ensure that operational processes, planning, control and delivery of projects to meet clients’ expectations. You will also be key to ensuring the operational strategy is delivered.

As the business is focused on SaaS you need to have worked in this type of environment / company previously.
