Operation/ Marketing Coordinator

Details / requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Supervises staff and oversee daily operation. 
2. Reporting reports to the group, and respective department individuals regarding the daily updates.
3. Personally communicating with staffs about the operation.
4. Proper utilization and safe handling of the organizations property.
5. Is responsible to work closely with all the collogues and seniors. 
6. Assist in  developing and executing marketing campaigns.
7. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract patients.
8. Coordinate with various schools, colleges and Banks and any other institution to promote Samaj Dental and to carry out Dental camps. Also taking feed back with the respective institution after the events. 
9. Taking feedback from the patients regarding the services that we offer.
10. Visiting nearby hospitals, clinics & pharmacy for patient referrals.
11. Handling grievances. 
12. Organizing Dental camps 
13. Maintain and update the company's marketing materials.
14. Assist in building and executing events and promotional activities.
15. Building Public relations and communications with health bloggers, influencers, journalists and community high value individuals.

Note: It is required to have a valid license and a bike.
