VACANCY FOR Administrative staff in customer relations (office work)
Shirley Bredal Pvt Ltd is both a manufacturer of children’s clothing and a webshop for international customers. The company produces clothing for shopfront and online retailers internationally, alongside its own webshop.
Vacancy for an admin assistant in our office is now open, at Shirley Bredal KTM Pvt ltd. FULLTIME.
The job is an admin job, and the main tasks are:
- Email correspondence with our customers - wholesale. This includes handling customer complaints and inquiries with guidelines and help from the production managers and company director. This includes creating order confirmations, email updates, invoices, and invoice tracking
- Handling and entering various types of orders, across both retail and wholesale.
- in charge of printing, filing and coordinating orders.
- In charge of setting guidelines and directions for proper packing of wholesale orders.
- Correspondance and coordination of cargo and courier
- Coordination with our production and packing team
- Calculating shipping fees
- Entering and updating products, product specifics ( composition, weight, yarn type etc) in our tracking admin system.
- other impulsive tasks
Training will be given for all the above tasks. Our systems are logical to work in.
- A happy good punctual work ethics

- Tech savvy and a fast learner
- PERFECT English, both spoken and written is compulsory as well
- GOOD skills in emailing and word and excel
- Reasonable simple accounting skills
- Postive teamworker
- Accounting background, or numbers savvy person preferred
We are a busy, creative but fun office, mainly all females. Located in Gairidara.
Salary: 14.000 rs per month.
