Details / requirements:

We are seeking an efficient and well-organised Office Admin skills.

This autonomous role as Office Admin has responsibility for IT, Facilities, Health & Safety and Projects and would suit a talented individual with relevant experience.

To succeed within this Office Admin it is important to have the following:

  • At least bachelors with good grasp in English
  • Previous office management experience
  • Strong IT skills including good Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent prioritizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Efficient, proactive approach
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Organizing IT procurement and maintaining records
  • Liaising with telephone engineer
  • Dealing with repairs
  • Setting up Skype and video conference calls
  • Dealing with ordering and purchasing of consumables and stationery
  • Maintaining central records regarding access card and fobs
  • Approving invoices
  • Setting up new users
  • Maintaining relevant H&S documentation
  • Booking accommodation for visitors from international offices
  • Assisting with project based work regarding IT, property, travel, events etc
