NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS

Consultancy Service for Documentation of SUPER Project Impact Stories, Photos and Short Video

First Date of Publication: 8 June 2026

Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), with financial support from the Swiss Red Cross (SRC), invites sealed technical and financial proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms or individual consultants for the documentation of project achievements, lessons learned, best practices, and community-level impacts under the Strengthening Urban Preparedness and Emergency Response (SUPER) Project.

1. Assignment Title

Documentation of SUPER Project Impact Stories, Photos and Short Videos

2. Project Locations

• Sainamaina Municipality, Rupandehi District
• Chandannath Municipality, Jumla District 

3. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in documentation, journalism, communication, photography, videography, or development communication.
• Proven experience in writing human-interest stories and communication materials in both English and Nepali.
• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality photographs and videos.
• Experience in DRR, CCA, emergency preparedness, community resilience, institutional development, or humanitarian action documentation.
• Understanding of ethical communication, informed consent, safeguarding, dignity, and privacy standards.
• Preference will be given to applicants with:
• Previous experience working with humanitarian and development organizations.
• Experience working with the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement.
• Knowledge of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI).

4. Proposal Submission Requirements

Interested firms/consultants shall submit:

• Application Letter
• Company Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance of 81-82

After the submission of required documents,it will be reviewed by the NRCS,DC and TOR will be provided to you and other required financial and technical documents will be asked and on basis of your document your proposal  will be accepted. IF any asked document is missing TOR will not be provided to you.

5. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. 

6. All the documents should be Submitted on 14th June till 5pm.
