Notice for Auction Two-wheeler

ADRA Nepal invites interested individuals/firms/companies to submit their bid (offer) for purchase of the used ADRA Nepal official two-wheeler (motorbikes and scooter) listed below “as is where is” basis. The two-wheelers are available for inspection from 27 Aug to 09 Sep 2026 between 4 pm to 5 pm on (Friday 2 PM to 3 PM) at the parking premises of ADRA Nepal at Maitri Marga, Bakhundole, Lalitpur.

Interested bidders can obtained from ADRA Nepal Office or can download form the below given  link. The bid should be submitted by 09 Sept 2026 before    5 : 00 pm in a sealed envelope mentioning “Bid for Motorbike Auction” to the following address.

 Bid opening date will be informed later.

ADRA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving reasons whatsoever.

Terms and Conditions

1. Potential buyer shall make offer in written form, using the template (download Annex 1). Hard copy sealed bid must be submitted in the Tender Box, at below given address before the deadline mentioning “Bid for Motorbike Auction” on the top of the envelope.
2. Bidder can submit the bid for all motorbikes or can submit bid for separate individual motorbikes.
3. Bid security NPR 1,000/per bike should be submitted in cash. Bid security of unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded. Bid security of successful bidder shall be adjusted in the final price.
4. The offers will be evaluated based on highest bid. All cost during ownership transfer process including road tax, insurance and other charges shall be borne by the selected bidder.
5. Only offers received within the closing date and time will be evaluated.
6. The highest bidder be invited to buy the motorbikes via email. If s/he does not want to buy the motorbikes in the given period, bid security will be forfeited and the second highest bidder will be invited to buy.
7. The items on sale shall remain the property of ADRA Nepal until the proof of payment is presented as well as the necessary paperwork for the transfer of ownership is done.
8. Payment should be deposited in ADRA Nepal’s bank account. Bank account detail will be communicated later to the successful bidder.
9. Motorbikes should be removed from ADRA premises within a week after completion of the procedure of transfer of ownership.
10. Priority will be given to bidders who submit bids for all motorcycles.
11. The vehicles listed for auction are being sold strictly on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, meaning they are presented in their current condition without any modifications or improvements. ADRA  Nepal does not guarantee or warrant the condition, quality, or performance of the vehicles after the auction. The successful bidder accepts the vehicles in their existing state, and no claims regarding defects or deficiencies will be entertained post-sale. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders personally inspect the vehicles before placing their bids. ADRA Nepal makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, performance, or safety of the vehicles.
12. ADRA has the right to cancel or extend the auction period at any time.
