PRC invites qualified Firms/Suppliers/Companies/Individuals to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for enlistment in the annual vendor roster for the Fiscal Year 2083/84 under the following categories:

7. Research Consulting Services on Loss & Damage, Climate Finance, Gender, Renewable Energy, Climate Change Adaptation.
8. Consultancy Services (Report Writing, Translation (English & Nepali), Editing, Interpreter etc.)
9. Merchandise Service (Bag, Pen, Diary, T-shirt, Token of Love etc.)
10. Printing Services
11. Media Services
12. Documentary/Photography/Videography
13. Vehicle Hiring Service
14. Air Ticketing Service
15. General Maintenance Service (Plumbing, Water Supply, Electrical, Furniture Repair and Maintenance)

Application Process:

Interested Firm/Suppliers/Company/Individuals submit your application before 26 Ashad 2083 along with required documents via emailed: procurement@prc.org.np with subjected to EOI for Annual vendor registration for fiscal year 2083/84 or physically submitted hardcopies document at PRC office, Ghumti Kumari Marg, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. Failure to submit the complete and valid documentation within the given deadline will not be enlisted in the annual vendor roster list.
