"Sapana School" established in 2073 BS, is dedicated to nurturing curiosity and exploration in every child's educational journey located in Ratnanagar-7, Malpur, Chitwan. It has a child-centered learning approach which emphasizes hands-on experiences, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Sapana School invites applications from eligible and qualified Nepali citizens who are committed and have the ability to deliver results with the highest integrity for the following position:

Job title:

1. Montessori Teacher – 2, based in Chitwan District

2. School Co-ordinator – 1, based in Chitwan District

Job Summary: The major duty of the teachers is to plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young children. They are responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and partnering with families to support each child's development.

Qualification:

• For School co-ordinator: Bachelors in Education, having 2 years or more experience. Higher qualified and experienced professionals are given priority. Should have Strong Computer Proficiency.
• For Montessori Teacher: +2 High School passed, having 2 years or more experience.
• Montessori Certification is mandatory.
