Rastriya Rojagar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental, non-profit making social development organization, established in 2061 BS (2004AD) by a team of active professionals with long experience in the field of integrated community development, specifically community organization, health and disability, HIV and AIDS, Community forestry, micro-finance, gender and empowerment, good governance, child rights, Inclusive Education in Nepal (SIKAI), Livelihood, Safe Migration, DRR and WASH. RRPK is registered under Society Registration Act, 2034, at the District Administration Office of Sarlahi. It is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) Nepal and a member of NGOCC and Federation Sarlahi. RRPK started its social development programme in Sarlahi district from since 2005. 

RRPK is implementing Sarlahi East Nutrition & Resilient Livelihood, Sarlahi West Nutrition & Resilient Livelihood & IPP4BC Projects in Sarlahi district of Madhesh Province, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal). MEAL Officer- (Nos.1)

  • Bachelor’s degree in social science, development studies or in any relevant discipline relevant to M&E. At least 2 years of experience working with I/NGO in the field of monitoring, evaluation and accountability sector 

MONITORING:

  • Support to update beneficiary's information regularly in Commcare system (developed by WVI Nepal) to track all project beneficiaries.
  • Ensure data quality of all the programme and ensure that all data are recorded in system within timeframe.
  • Verify the data to ensure that the primary source (paper based recording) match with digital system.
  • Monitor project activities and submit monthly report with action plan
  • Carry out quality outcome and quality monitoring and submit reports
  • Ensure that all the staffs are utilizing the QBM system action plan are tracked in periodic basis
  • Facilitate corrective actions based on the monitoring findings and update in the system
  • Support  programme  team  in documenting  case  stories  from  outcome  monitoring  and  regular monitoring
  • Maintain project database including relevant documents and reports
  • Compile, analyzes and present the key findings of monitoring in regular meetings
  • Provide necessary guidance to volunteers/enumerators for accurate data collection
  • Follow up project teams to implement recommendations and follow up actions provided after the monitoring

EVALUATIONS & LEARNING:

  • Collect and collate secondary data from various sources in working Local Government and CSOs for the purpose of assessments, baseline survey and evaluations- as per requirement of WVI Nepal.
  • Take  lead  role  for  coordination,  communication  and  getting  necessary  approval  from  local government authorities regarding baseline surveys, evaluations and special researches/studies.
  • Provide necessary field support including communication to the respondents, arranging meetings, interviews and focus groups discussions for monitoring visits and evaluations/ field studies.
  • Provide necessary information to project team during the time of DPAC (District Project Advisory Committee) meeting and timely submit report to Local Governments
  • Support project teams to draw key learning, good practices and significant case stories from and share with senior management of organization as well as WVI Nepal.
  • Supervise the enumerators/volunteer during data collection and ensure data are collected with quality
  • Support programme team in documenting the most significant changes made by the programme

  • Facilitate beneficiary selection criteria including Most Vulnerable Children and Adult
