Soaltee Hotel Limited, a listed public limited company pioneering in hospitality is seeking qualified candidates for the below position for its various projects. The Company owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury fivestar hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria.

Position: Marketing Strategist

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing head, or similar role in reputed organization.

Knowledge and Abilities

• Responsible for researching developing and Implementing strategic marketing plans to exceed organization’s financial goals.
• Optimize marketing efforts and collaborate with multi properties team for the successful execution.
• Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy.
• Implements regular tracking of initiatives to determine the success.
• Manage the OTA strategy in collaboration with revenue management team through monthly market leader reviews and social media presence.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products.
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
• Conduct regular research to identify new business opportunities.

Selection Process: The selection process will comprise a preliminary interview, presentation, practical test, and final interview as applicable.
