1.    Position: Manager – 1 (Business development)

Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Major duties and responsibilities not limited to:

Overall management of the program

Human resource management

Ensure quality of the services delivery

Planning, monitoring and reporting

Clients management

Keep abreast of trends and changes in the consulting business in Nepal and suggest management accordingly

Required qualification, experience, skills and attitudes:

Master’s in Business Administration

Minimum three years of work experience in similar competency

Excellent competency in both speaking and writing skills in English and Nepali languages

Good leadership qualities with positive attitude

Good communication and documentation skills

Flexible on time table.

Skills with Microsoft Office package, internet and other appropriate technologies

2.    Position: Officer – Marketing and Public Relation

Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Collect the required information in developing strategic and business plans of the SMEs
  • Explore potential clients; bank, SMEs, development organizations etc.  to expand the business
  • Collect market information in order to link with SMEs to promote their business.
  • Develop a bankable and robust business plan for the individual SME
  • Assist individual SME for accessing loan/credit from the banks and financial institutions
  • Develop proposals for SMEs for seeking support/grants from the different governments and other relevant institutions
  • Provide distance/direct mentorship to the selected SMEs in order to execute their plan and strategies for effective management of their business
  • Attend meeting, workshops and seminars organized by donors, I/NGOs, all level governments and private organization where appropriate
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the consulting business in Nepal and suggest management accordingly

Required qualification, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management with three years of work experience in related field or Master’s in Business Administration with one-year experience
  • Excellent competency in both speaking and writing skills in English and Nepali languages
  • Good leadership qualities with positive attitude

3.    Position: Assistant Officer – Business development

Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Major duties and responsibilities not limited to:

  • Assess the business growth potential of individual Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)
  • Collect the required information in developing strategic and business plans of the SMEs
  • Develop a bankable and robust business plan for the individual SME
  • Assist individual SME for accessing loan/credit from the banks and financial institutions
  • Develop proposals for SMEs for seeking support/grants from the different governments and other relevant institutions
  • Provide distance/direct mentorship to the selected SMEs in order to execute their plan and strategies for effective management of their business
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the consulting business in Nepal and suggest management accordingly

  • Bachelor’s degree in management with three years of work experience in related field or Master’s in Business Administration

4.    Position: Account assistant

Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling the regular accounting, voucher preparation, filing of transaction documents and executing various forms and document, as a part of standard operating procedures of accounts and finance department 
  • Preparing financial statements like balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
  • Monthly Tax and Vat calculation 
  • Keep and communicate accounting records as a journal, ledger, bank statements, and invoices
  • Other tasks if required

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • More than or equal to 2 years of experience 
  • Good knowledge of using accounting software Tally 
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skill 
  • Learning attitude 
  • Knowledge of import and export
  • Written and spoken of English and Nepali Language. 
  • Skills with Microsoft Office package, internet and other appropriate technologies

Duty Station: Sunsari, Morang and Dhankuta districts of Province no. 1.

  • Formulate Strategy for SMEs
  • Business health check-up and conduct feasibility study and
  • Prepare Implementable and bankable Business plan
  • Understand needs, interest, concerns and expectation of the entrepreneurs
  • Identify business problem and provide best/suitable solutions
  • Provide assistance for networking activities
  • Provide assistance for promotion and marketing
  • Support to establish accounting and financial management system
  • Support in securing finance and capital from banks, financial institutions and angel investors

Job Specification:

  • Must have minimum two skills of the above-mentioned description

  • Bachelor's with 2 years of experience or Master's degree in the relevant field
