Qualification: Bachelors Degree or Master Degree in related field

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing - Function
  • Identify prospective, Corporate Leads, B2B Leads, maintain relationship with prospects, leads track progress and Generate Sales  
  • Design brand communication, marketing content, traditional as well as digital marketing strategy and implement it. 
• Accounts and Finance – Function
  • Plan, budget, forecast, manage, control, short term and long term financial health 
• Human Resource – Function
  • Design HR Functions (Selection, Performance Management, Engagement, Rewards & Compensation etc.) Systems, Process, Rules, and Regulation and Implement it

Selection Process

Interview

Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project

Salary:

Depending upon performance in selection process candidates will salary of Rs 20,000 per month

Salary after Probation:

Probation duration will be of 6 months. In this period candidate will enhance their skills and implement several industry relevant projects at work.  After this period, the salary will be revised between Rs 28,000 to Rs 30,000 per month depending upon learning, implementation and performance.
