Details / requirements:
•Cisco Certification (CCNP/CCSP/CCIE Written) able to complete installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of Cisco Centric (WAN) network hardware, software, and communication links
•Actively analyze and resolve Cisco centric network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
•Pre Sales Network(WAN) Solutions Design / Engineering
•Create solution/design to fulfill customer requirements
•Creating technical specifications, user specifications, and test plans.
•Work with Sales and customers to develop enterprise WAN solutions.
•Present technical presentations /demonstrations to customer base.
•Design network infrastructure composed of Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls utilizing MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, and VSAT technologies in a Cisco centric environment.
•Test and implement network installations and enterprise solutions.
•Prepare and maintain operational and system documentation (and provide to customer, if required)
•Use configuration tools to provide accurate bill of materials.
•Create design Visio's of customer solutions
•Learn all software/hardware systems used in the facilities and find ways to improve their use and reliability
•Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
•Provide Training on various technologies to fellow staffs
•Provide Training of professional Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
•Research new and existing software programs / hardware systems for implementation
•Report the Progress to the core Management
•Complete all other job-related duties as required or requested
Educational Description:
•At least Bachelor's Degree, Information and Technology is preferred.
•Cisco Certification (CCNA-CCNP) is mandatory; (Please include your Cisco Certification Number- CSCO ID)
•1+ years of Cisco Routing & Switch expertise
• Expertise in Cisco ASA/IPS.
Other Specific Requirements :
•CCNA-CCNP certification with strong knowledge of Security or higher (lab CCSP/CCIE is a big plus)
•Very strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking skills: solid BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, and MPLS
•Expertise in QOS design and configuration is a plus.
•Strong skills/knowledge in Cisco Security (ASA, MARS, NAC, etc.) technologies
•Additional relevant certifications are a plus ( CCDA, CCSP, CCVP, JNCIA, MCP etc.)
•Executive Level Presales and after sales Support
•Excellent presentation, communication & customer interaction skills required
•Additional vendor skills are a plus (Juniper, Fortinet)
•Strong command in English and Nepali
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
