Job Title: Vice Principal

Education Qualification/Certification: Master’s Degree plus training

Special Knowledge/Skills required:

• Excellent command of English Language
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction methods of Progressive education
• Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to coordinate school support operations
• Ability to coordinate school functions
• Ability to manage personnel
• Ability to implement policy and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a classroom teacher plus five years of experience in administrative work in schools.
