Expression of Interest (EOI)-Lead Trainer/Assistant Trainer

PHASE Nepal announces expression of interest for conducting Cooperative establishment training for the Farmers Group of Tauthali and Piskar, Tripurasunadari Rural Municipality of Sindhupalchowk district.

1.   Saving mobilization and Cooperative establishment training for the farmers group

Objective of training: To encourage farmers group for the establishment of cooperative and mobilize their saving in effective way.

Requirements:

• The trainer should be qualified with engaging in cooperative sectors for 12 years.
• The trainer must submit his training content while submitting his/her proposal.
• The trainer must have proven experiences of working in managerial role and providing training in cooperative sectors for past 10 years.
• The training must be conducted in participatory approach.
• The trainer must be able to travel Tauthali and Piskar for delivering the training.
• All the training content must be prepared and delivered in Nepali because this training is planned for farmers group motivating them for the establishment of cooperative.
• The expected number of participants are 30.
• The training is expected to be started from last week of Mangshir 2076.

Financial Components:

Note: 

• The food and accommodation with two way travelling facilities will be provided by PHASE Nepal.
• The required stationery will be provided by PHASE Nepal for trainer and trainee.
• PHASE Nepal will bear cost for training days only. Travelling days renumerations will not be paid.

Qualified individual trainer/training agency must submit their proposal with the training content and the trainer CV no later than 16:00 hours, 10 December 2019.
