Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental organization committed to the development of rural communities in Nepal since 2004. Our key focus areas include Education, Health & Nutrition, Child Protection, Livelihoods, Human Rights, Safer Migration, Gender Equality and Empowerment, Good Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene).

RRPK, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the Girls Get Equal 2.0: Abha Project in Sarlahi District to empower adolescent girls and young women. The project works with four local level. Among working level, Chakraghatta and Kaudena Rural Municipalities are facing a drinking water crisis due to underground water scarcity.

RRPK invites tenders from qualified and dedicated Nepalese contractors who are reliable, experienced, responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality results based on the set specification, requirements and terms & conditions set forth in the tender documents.

Description of the requirement: drinking water supply construction (x3 no.), and the installation of community hand pumps (x3 no.)

• Detailed requirements & Specifications are included in bid documents which can be collected from RRPK Office or download the tender package from the online portal.
• Tender forms must be completed and submitted in a closed, sealed envelope addressed to the RRPK office in Malangwa, Sarlahi (full address provided below).
• Tender documents will be available from 8th October to 17th October 2025.
• Collection and submission of tender documents are permitted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, excluding government holidays.
• The deadline for submitting the tender documents is 17th October 2025, by 12:00 noon.
• The envelope must be clearly marked with “Tender Document for Drinking Water Supply Construction in Kaudena Rural Municipality and Installation of Community Hand Pump in Chakraghatta Rural Municipality.”
• Tender documents will not be accepted after the specified deadline.
• Interested company/contractors must submit the following documents along with the tender documents: a copy of the valid company registration certificate, a copy of licenses/certificate for construction work, a copy of VAT registration certificate, and a copy of tax clearance certificate (2081/082) or renewal letter.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who wish to attend, at 1:00 PM on October 17, 2025, at the RRPK office located in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, Madhesh Province.
• Interested contractors may obtain the tender documents from the RRPK Office located in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, or download the tender package from the online portal.
• RRPK reserves the right to award the contracts either fully or partially, as deemed appropriate.
• RRPK reserves the right to cancel the Invitation to Tender at any point during the process.
• A bank guarantee amounting to 2.5% of the total bid value (excluding VAT) as bid money must be submitted along with the bid.
• RRPK will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids.
