Raipur Drinking Water and Sanitation Management Board (RDWSMB), in partnership with RDC Nepal and OXFAM Nepal, is implementing the Developing Alternative Management Model (AMM) for Rural Water Supply Scheme Project in Rajpur Municipality, Rautahat, Madhesh Province, Nepal.

As part of this project, RDWSMB will construct and upgrade WASH facilities including toilets, washing stations, septic tanks, soak pits, and water supply systems in seven selected schools of Rajpur Municipality.

We hereby invite qualified and experienced construction companies registered in Nepal who have demonstrated capacity in WASH infrastructure construction, installation, and repair works to participate in this tender process. Interested and eligible firms are encouraged to submit their bids as per the tender requirements.

Tender Instructions

• Tender documents will be available from 5 December 2025 onwards upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of NPR 1,000.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents to RDWSMB is 09 December 2025 by 4:00 PM.
• Tender document collection and submission time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (except RDWSMB public holidays).
• To collect the tender document, interested bidders can request through email address or can be collected from both offices in address given below by submitting following documents:

  • Business Registration Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2081/2082
  • Copy of Bank voucher or Payment Confirmation (Applicable for Email Request Only)
• Technical bids will be opened on 10 December 2025 at 11:00 AM, and financial bids will be opened on 12 December 2025 at 11:00 AM at the RDWSMB Office, Fatuha, Maheshpur, Ward No. 2, Rajpur Municipality. Only the qualified technical proposals will be considered for further evaluations.
• RDWSMB reserves the right to award the contract fully or partially to one or multiple bidders as required.
• RDWSMB shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation or submission of their bids.
• Hard copy tender document can be submitted to one of any offices address given below, only hard copy of tender documents s will be accepted, online submissions will not be considered for evaluation
