Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal is implementing  the National TB Programme in Partnership with Save the Children International (SCI) and collaboration with National TB Control Centre (NTCC) in Koshi  Province and  Madhesh Province of Nepal.  If you would like to be a interested of the event work Screening of all Prison person provide of DR X-ray Machine with Technical Person, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Tender document will be issued from 16 June 2024 Onwards
• Bidder can collet the Tender Documents from BWSN-Provincial office Biratnagar or Central office Harion Sarlahi. Bidder also can download the Tender documents with this below mentioned link.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents to BWSN is on 22 June 2024 by 5:00 PM. 
• The bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• Tenderer must submit the hard copy tender proposals with sealed envelope at BWSN Province office,Near of Neuro Hospital,Biratnagar or Hariwan, Central office, Madhesh Province must be from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays. 
• Financial bid will be opened on 24 June 2024 at 11:00 AM at the office of BWSN.
• Suppliers must submit the photos of the items which clearly show the Machine of DR/CR X-ray .
• BWSN reserves right to award either fully or partially of the items to different bidders as per requirement.
• The BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids
• If vender can’t provide the necessary documents along with Tender proposals BWSN will not Select for the further process.
