Final evaluation of IGRP3 project

Invitation to International Open Tender.

Tender reference: “NP—KTM-LOT-06-2023-002”

Object: Final evaluation of IGRP3 project

Delivery Location: Kathmandu (TGH office), Banepa (ARSOW office) and Sindhupalchok district (area of intervention in Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality).

The contracting Authority, Triangle Generation Humanitaire (TGH) intends to award contract(s) for the above mentioned object and seeking eligible individual consultant or registered firm. Procurement is presented as below:

Lot 1:

The submission of tenders will occur at the following email addresses, and the TOR and General Conditions of the Tender may be collected by requesting in the following email addresses:

nepal@trianglegh.org and promanager.nepal@trianglegh.org

All the Consultant (including one or several experts) meeting the criteria below are invited to withdraw the tender documents with technical specifications at the above mentioned email addresses:

• Have at least one expert profile with international experience and a post-graduate degree.
• Be autonomous in terms of understanding and translation of Nepali language to be able to work in close collaboration and communicate proactively with all levels of actors related to the Project.
• Have experience in final evaluation of humanitarian or development projects.
• Have experience with international Non-Governmental Organization
• Knowledge in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Livelihood
• Previous experience of evaluation following the OECD DAC criteria is an asset.
• For registered firm they have to submit their legal documents (Registration certification) with updated legal documents.

Tender starts at the date of “3 July 2023”. The deadline for submission of the offer is “31 July 2023” at 4:00 pm (UTC+5.75). Opening of offer shall take place on the 31 July 2023 at 4:30 PM”.

Payment will be processed within «Invoicing_deadline» upon delivery.
