INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT AUDIT OF Year. 2021/22 AD

Listening to the Experts is a 30 month multi-country project with the total budget of 282, 067, 92 Euro funded by the Kindernothilfe (KNH). The consortium project is being implemented by Aasaman Nepal as a beneficiary and Child Nepal as a co-beneficiary for the implementation of the project activity in Nepal. The project is an advocacy initiatives project for the meaningful participation of children and the voice of children is heard.  

The project aims to work with different level of stakeholders that includes children, NGOs and policy makers and government authorities to ensure participation of children and their voice is heard and recommendation of children reflected in the policy document.  ASN invites sealed Financial and Technical Proposal from Audit Firms for Project Audit of Year 2021/22 AD. (Oct-December-2021 and Jan to December-2022).

Note: Estimated Expenditure in given period is 1,20,00,000- 1,30,00,000(max).

Mandatory Requirements:

• A technical proposal (Please Refer TOR; attached in link)
• A financial proposal should include a detailed budget sheet with breakdowns
• Company Profile of the firm
• Certificate of Practice (COP) with renewal
• FIRM Registration Certificate in ICAN
• VAT registration certificate
• Company Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax clearance certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development sector (I/NGO’s etc.)

Evaluation Criteria:

• 60% Technical Analysis (Include Company capacity, Work Methodology, Audit time line, Past experience in NGO/INGO)
• 40% Financial Analysis

Interested Audit Firms are requested to submit their sealed hard copy of Technical and Financial Proposal along with the above document to the address below by 4th January 2023, at 16:00 PM. late submission will not be considered. BID will open at Aasaman Nepal, Mahalaxmisthan, Laltipur at 1 PM on 5th January-2023
