Consultancy Service for Final Evaluation of the SAMANATA Project

SAPPROS-NEPAL invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from qualified individual consultants or consulting firms to undertake the Final Evaluation of the "Dignity Through Livelihood-Empowerment for People with Disabilities in Nepal (SAMANATA)" Project (Project No. P00397), funded by Australian Aid and managed by CBM Global.

The evaluation will assess the project's effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) outcomes in Balefi Rural Municipality and Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality of Sindhupalchok District.

Eligibility:

Interested consultants/consulting firms should have:

• Proven experience in conducting evaluations of development projects.
• Strong expertise in mixed-method evaluation, disability inclusion, livelihoods, climate-smart agriculture, and community development.
• Qualified multidisciplinary team with excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Proposal Submission

Interested applicants are requested to submit:

• Technical Proposal
• Financial Proposal
• CVs of proposed team members
• Company profile (for firms)
• Evidence of similar assignments
• VAT/PAN registration, tax clearance certificate, and other documents as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The selection will be based on the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method (Technical: 70%; Financial: 30%).

Deadline: 3 August 2026 (during office hours).
