INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION

For

Procurement of Renovation Works for the Ward Office at Mahottari–05 and Construction of an

Accessible Toilet at Mahottari Rural Municipality

Ratauli Yuwa Club (RYC) invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified construction companies/firms for the renovation and construction works under the Collective Action for Inclusive Practices (CAP) project implemented in Balwa Municipality and Mahottari Rural Municipality of Mahottari District.

Note: Late submission of quotations will not be accepted and will be returned immediately.

3. Mandatory Documents

Interested bidders must submit the following documents:

1. Duly completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with rates and amounts in figures and words.
2. Construction Work Plan.
3. Conflict of Interest Declaration.
4. Self-declaration regarding pending litigation, blacklisting and bankruptcy.
5. Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
6. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
7. Latest Fiscal Year Tax Clearance Certificate.
8. Approval for extension of tax return submission, if applicable.
9. Valid Construction License.
10. Evidence of relevant past experience/performance.
11. Minimum two referees with contact number and email address.

4. Submission Instructions

• The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Submission by email will not be accepted.
• Technical and financial proposals shall be placed in separate envelopes inside the main sealed envelope, as applicable.
• All documents must be properly completed, signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the bidder.
• Any correction, overwriting or alteration must be initialed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
• Bidders are encouraged to visit the project sites before submitting their quotations at their own cost.
• All prices shall be quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and shall comply with the BOQ and bidding document.
• RYC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, cancel or re-advertise the procurement process, and award the contract to one or more successful bidders in accordance with the bidding document.
