Shanti Foundation is a non-profit, community-based organization established and led by trafficking survivors living with HIV, envisioning a world free of stigma and discrimination. Shanti Foundation is currently implementing the Prayatna project in partnership with Terre des hommes and in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The project is funded by SDC and aims to combat child exploitation through child- and youth-led initiatives, integrated services, and advocacy for gender justice.

Shanti Foundation is seeking to conduct Research on Migration Patterns, Risks, and Mitigation Measures in the Entertainment and Hospitality Sector. We invite sealed proposals from interested service providers (individuals, companies, and firms) for the above-mentioned service. The ToR can be downloaded from the link provided below:

Interested service providers are requested to submit a sealed proposal along with all documents specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR), via email. The deadline for submission is 16 December 2025 by 4:00 PM (Nepal Time) at procurement.shantifoundation@gmail.com with the subject line: “Submission of Sealed Proposal”.
