Invitation for Sealed Bids

BASE Organization Solicits sealed bids from interested bidders, registered in VAT, for Supply of Construction materials to our office for WASH for Gender and Adolescent Inclusive Schools in Nepal (WASH GAINS) in partnership with Water Aid Nepal(WAN), Nepal Fertility Care Center (NFCC) and National Federation of the Disabled - Nepal (NFD-N) and in financial support from UKAID match fund. The Project is being implemeiting in Gulariya, Madhuban, Barbardiya, Thakurbaba Municipality and Geruwa Rural Municipalities of Bardiya district. BASE invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of School WASH Facilities (Inclusive toilet, Hand Wash Station, Driking Water Station) Construction Materials under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

The details of the invitation such as qualification criteria for bidders, conditions for mail-requesting for bidding documents,with pre-bid meeting and other related information can be collected from email basebardiya.info@gmail.com or from BASE office in Gulariya, Bardiya.

 

Interested bidders can obtain bidding document from BASE Organazation, Gulariya Muncipility Ward no-6,Gulariya,Bardiya District Office, Lumbini  Province Nepal during office huurs upon deposit of non refundable bid doucment fee the amount is to be deposited as per the pacakge mentioned in the table above in A/c Name- Base Santha (Backward Socitey Education) & Ac no. 17101010002328 in Globle Ime Bank Gulariya, Bardiya, Branch.

of this Project are explained in bidding document bid proposals received after the deadline will not accepted.Bid prposals sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepeted for any consideration nor will the be returend to the sender.

Note:  Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 1:00 PM, 29th March, 2024 (2080/12/13) at the  District Office of BASE Organization (Barckward Society Education), Gulariya, Bardiya.
